Service Description

Sometimes the people closest to us can be the most difficult to communicate with. . I use the therapeutic space to create a neutral environment in which to mediate so that all parties can feel valued, seen and heard. I work without bias or judgment to give each person equality and perspective around the other persons frame of reference and point of view. . Together we explore the dynamics, drivers and obstacles that maybe getting in the way of your relationship whilst working on various methods of communication that can be employed both inside and outside of the session to aid your understanding.
